Gertrude Coffee Beans
Gertrude is our best selling signature blend, meticulously sourced in Colombia and Brazil where it’s grown in lush, flourishing volcanic soil at altitudes of up to 1,800m. Gertrude is a sumptuous, delicately balanced Medium roast blend with hints of toasted nuts, caramel and a touch of rich, dark chocolate - a crisp acidity and smooth cocoa finish.

Hunky Dory Decaf Beans
Hunky Dory is our low caffeine yet exceptionally full bodied coffee also grown at altitude in volcanic soil. We chose this bean after meeting a Colombian family producing their beans, from seed to market, on their estate. Their eco-friendly caffeine extraction method consists of water and sugar cane so there’s no damage to the beans. The result? A delicious, robust low caf crema cream brew - tasting of milk chocolate and hints of raw honey.
